High Tea at the Boston Public Library

Hola!

I hope everyone had a good weekend! I flew to Boston this weekend to celebrate my sister’s 30th birthday. We had loads of fun , and I had decided to treat her highness to some high tea at the Boston Public Library. I wanted to share my experience, as this was my first visit to BPL.

The Courtyard Restaurant at the Boston Public Library hosts high tea from Monday-Saturday , from 11.30 am-3.30 pm. It is a popular location and event, and gets booked quickly , so tip for anyone who hasn’t been there- book in advance.

I have to say I was impressed. The service was impeccable , the place cozy and elegant, and they also have a nice variety of finger sandwiches , that were simply delicious. And the pastries were to die for! ( I am a MAJOR sweet tooth, FYI). The pictures below will speak for themselves.

It was a bright crisp lovely day Saturday at Boston , and the view from the restaurant was perfect. It overlooks a courtyard and it is quite a popular spot for events, weddings and general photography. So naturally , I had to rise to the occasion and clicked a couple of pictures, myself.

High Tea is the perfect way to chill-out with your gal pals on a lazy day, birthdays, anniversaries, an intimate date and just about anyone who enjoys tea and pastries!

And with that dreamy thought i will try to get through the rest of this week.
